I decided to wait a couple of weeks before writing a review as I wanted to check that the huge difference in my hearing would last. I'm happy to say that it has. Mariia was amazing – her patience, skill and care extracting a very stuck and difficult to remove lump from my husband's ear had to be seen to be believed. Very impressed. I was wondering if I had tinnitus and needed ear wax removal . I had my ears examined and various hearing tests , the results of which were shown on the computer and clearly explained. It was all painless and all my questions were answered so I felt very reassured. I had booked for ear wax removal but as I didn't need it doing I only paid for the examinations. The receptionist and audiologist were both lovely and I would certainly recommend this service.

Excellent service. Quick and easy to get a appointment with an expert audiologist who understood what I was experiencing and guided me through the procedure. I was well informed and we'll cared for by a very professional and friendly team.

I’ve never needed to visit an audiologist so this was a first. Thankfully managed to get a same day appointment which was fantastic and Only 15 mins away. Lovely lady on reception and very helpful regarding where to park. Filled out their form and met by Megan, the audiologist. Another lovely lady who explained everything. Very informative and gave great advice on next steps. I will certainly use Alto again if needed and would highly recommend to others.

Carl was a very professional, efficient and friendly man and he explained everything very clearly. He tested my hearing in a number of ways and produced sophisticated graphs to show the results. I would highly recommend him

First visit to Alto Hearing, I accompanied my husband to his appointment. Super friendly welcome with coffee offered in a very comfortable waiting area. I mentioned to the receptionist that I had some concerns about my ears and was offered an appointment on the spot. I saw Megan the audiologist who was very friendly and thorough and gave me a free health check. Great service from Alto Hearing, my husband and I will be back there for our next appointment.

From the moment I walked through the door, i was made to feel very welcome and at ease. Much appreciated the cup of tea that was offered too! Andrew was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking my hearing and ear health, and had no problem updating my existing hearing aid settings. Wonderful experience at Alto hearing. Had been feeling awful all week with a blocked ear. Was made to feel at home at the service provided was painless and professional. Maria was excellent and explained the procedure very well. If anyone has any hearing issues and problems and live in the Lutterworth area I would highly recommend.

I visited Alto Hearing at Market Bosworth after suffering from deafness in one ear for over 4 weeks after water from swimming had entered and became trapped. I tried lots of suggested things but nothing workedp. At my consultation with Carl, he explained everything about the procedure he was going to do clearly to me, examined my ears shown me photos, carried out the procedure while talking me through it putting me at ease. I called Alto Hearing at 11:00am asking about ear wax removal. The lady on the phone was so lovely and patient, taking time to explain everything to me. I managed to get an appointment for just 30 minutes later at 11:30am! The audiologist, Megan, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and overall it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I would recommend Alto Hearing to everyone.

I had a completely blocked ear, couldnt hear in one and was struggling with the other. Got booked in same day and the results were amazing. Lovely staff and team made me feel really comfy and being able to watch the wax removal on a screen was so satisfying. Money well spent !!!
